Kangtoto Terms & Conditions for Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the kangtoto platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated here.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kangtoto platform—whether via website or mobile app—you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use the kangtoto platform.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and kangtoto (the "Platform"). Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

The kangtoto platform is only for individuals aged 18 or above and located where use of such platforms is legally permitted. Users are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with laws applicable in their place of residence.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

To fully access all the features of the kangtoto platform, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree not to register more than one account, not to use false identities, and not to provide misleading information during registration.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. kangtoto is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized disclosure of your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify kangtoto support immediately.

Each user is allowed to have only one active account at any given time.
Transferring or sharing accounts with others is strictly prohibited.
Accounts found using false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Users must comply with identity verification processes required before making withdrawals or using certain functions.

Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the kangtoto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods supported by the platform, including online bank transfers via FPX and approved e-wallets. kangtoto does not accept cash payments or methods not listed on the deposit page.

Users agree that all successful deposits are final unless a technical error verified by the kangtoto team occurs. Withdrawals will be processed within the specified period, subject to security reviews of the account. Any fraud attempts, money laundering, or transaction manipulation will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Important Note:

Please ensure your bank account or e-wallet details are accurate before submitting withdrawal requests. kangtoto is not responsible for delays or failures in withdrawals caused by incorrect information provided by users.

Usage Rules and Account Policies

Users of the kangtoto platform agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, disrupt platform operations, or negatively impact other users’ experience. Prohibitions include but are not limited to:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities.
Uploading or submitting illegal content, viruses, or anything harmful.
Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
Sharing or selling account information with third parties.

Kangtoto reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate any accounts violating these terms without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, account balances may be frozen pending investigation. kangtoto’s decisions in such matters are final.

Users whose accounts are terminated for violating terms are not entitled to recover any funds associated with activities violating these rules. For appeals, users may contact the kangtoto support team via official email.

Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and External Links

Intellectual Property

All content on the kangtoto platform—including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names—is the exclusive property of kangtoto or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content without written permission is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Kangtoto is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or game results. This platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

Links to Third-Party Sites

Kangtoto may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. kangtoto does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Use of third-party sites is at the user’s own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Kangtoto reserves the right to change, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this page to ensure compliance with the latest version of the terms.

Continued use of the kangtoto platform after any changes to the terms is deemed acceptance of those changes by the user. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved by courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. Both parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of these courts.
